By using or visiting this Site, or purchasing tickets listed on this Site, you expressly agree to abide and be bound by and follow these Terms as well as all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. You represent that you are legally able to enter into this binding contract and, if you are under 18, that you are purchasing tickets under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The Terms include the following provisions:

1. Order Placement:
- Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or retracted.

2. Refunds and Exchanges:
- All sales are final; no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
- In the event of a canceled event without a rescheduled date, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price (including delivery charges, less possible restocking fees), or a credit for future use, at SkyHigh's sole discretion.
- Postponed or rescheduled events do not qualify for refunds or compensation, except where required by law.
- If an artist cancels but the event still proceeds, no refunds will be issued.

3. Ticket Prices and Guarantee:
- Ticket prices may exceed face value.
- Confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets.
- SkyHigh provides a 100% Buyer Guarantee ensuring secure transactions and valid, authentic tickets.

4. Venue Relocation:
- In the event of venue relocation due to social distancing or safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, refunds or compensation will not be provided.

5. Cancellation by SkyHigh:
- SkyHigh reserves the right to cancel and refund orders at any time for any reason.
